The epigraphic tradition is the way in which the epigraphic text arrives us. The scholars have distinguished among original texts, copies and false texts. Following this distinction, some examples from Salamanca, which presents great difficulties, are studied in the essay. They are written in humanistic style but they make reference to Middle Ages events. These examples are situated in the Sancti Spiritus church and in the cathedral.
